I think you lucked out at the end with the Relic Keeper. Clearly they put him in Swift Parry with terrible stats and/or not leveled up. A level 50 RK in barely decent stat'd and leveled gear would have punched a hole in Spirithost and probably another champ at least.

Exactly in the beginning progression is crucial. Reaching those sweet spots in Dungeons where you farm 4-5* and 4-6* gear asap is essential. Not only for the gear but also for the points you will get for events which is way more efficient. Also, farming higher level potions too.
