Ninja as the lead is a petty bad Idea, under stealth Ninja can't get feared and shamaels passive doesn't activate to give the lead champ turnmeter. The lead champ will attack the most and He should get feared every time to gain max turnmeter from shamaels passive

You also don't understand the head of torment I guess. When your shamael is dead, you kept hitting him and got yourself true fear and you wasted your scyl revive with it aswell. Either you gotta have perfect veil or shamael alive to be able to hit that head otherwise you should avoid hitting it. Also you gotta pay more attention to the affinities while attacking I'd say. I'm day 230 f2p and manage to do around 8m on my first key on normal with rektor-ninja-drakes-hurndig-madam-riho. I'd say you somehow need to adress the buff steal/spread issue. I brought madam for this even though she does no damage whatsoever. You could use any block buff for it aswell like Uugo. If you manage heads' cds 1 key on normal easily doable. Especially when you have a shamael 1 key should be automatic with deterrant masteries atm but it is getting a nerf next week so better to showcase teams without that strategy indeed. Also I'd suggest royal guard instead of seer I think you have him. Seer's eating your buffs which causes more issues on survivability part. Max hp damage is capped with %10 anyway. You don't need ultra geared max hp champs to do the job.

HP burn was the best strat I've used so far (don't have Mordecai or even a doompriest). Getting decrease speed out aoe seemed very helpful too. Cybele and Sigmund definitely seem like they were designed with Hydra partially in mind.

You are doing it wrong... you should get the shield on the dispel head and break it then he is stunned so his cleanse ability doesn't reduce in cooldown if he used it before so you will have 4 turns after that to just apply debuffs on all heads.

i got a solid 9.8mill 1 key on normal as a F2P with deac, ninja, scyl, mordecai, kymar and doompriest. i do think having a reviver is useful for the longer survivability, but morde was key to it... Actually insane champ for this
