A couple of detail points. The prop blades are made of a compressed wood composite, so they do not chip to metal youtu.be/DFVhrgucY5o?t=521 youtu.be/DFVhrgucY5o?t=521 . The marking option chose is a very early Mk.IIc, and has the early type of Hispano cannon with the flat spring at the base of the barrel, not the Mk.II spring with the round spring mid way on the barrel, as seen on the photo you post. For the kit alternate parts, what you tend see when and where, search "Britmodeller Arma Hobby 1/48th Hurricane IIC - optional parts description, spinners, cannon barrels, tailwheels, tropical vents. " I note you use SCC2 brown....it's a tank colour! The weathering, while very well done, is too much, the aircraft was very new, and was the Squadron leaders, though you could do more oil streaking, Merlins leaked a lot of oil! Hope of interest or use, small detail points aside a very impressive piece of modelling and paint techniques, clearly explained.
Best air force compared to the the population.
Sweden had have many potent aircraft. And we still produce them!
😮😮
Fantastic in every way, mind blowing 👏👏
In theory I can do everything I see, but this man is a master.
Top notch as usual David.
Another very nice build! I follow your chanel lot of years, and got lot of inspiration from you! About Arma Hobby, these kits are amazing! I remember when i bought first kit (i think that was thr Wildcat in 1/72) and opened the box i was a bit shock, how fine details is on.. My other favorite new bran is IBG. I have FW190D(1/72), and that is also mindblowing... A quick question could you tell me what is the brand for super glue flexible what you use for the buld? Thanks!
The man is the best of the best
It's a great video. Thanks for sharing. You had a new friend sub.
Exquisite work as always.
Beauty. I have this one but will build the Tamiya one first.....a warm up😂. I always find your videos interesting because a lot of the shading you just wouldn't think about so thank you again. I don't have a 3D printer so would gladly pay for a set of lamp holders. I wonder about the anti glare panels on a day fighter but if they were there, they were. Great job, the Hurricane never gets the credit it deserves. Had Hawker not got it so right to start with their wouldn't have been the numbers available for the battle, and for the Poles to show us what they already knew. Thanks Poland❤️
WOW! Fantastic! I really enjoy watching You work on kits! It just amazes Me as to how You work all of the detail into Your builds. I always look forward to seeing Your build videos! Thank You for sharing with Us here on the tube. Later
I must admit I have a soft spot for the Hurricane since my first ever model kit was a 72nd scale Airfix Hurricane, and my first 48th scale plane was a Hurricane, also by Airfix. I've noticed there are a number of kit reviews and builds of this kit in recent weeks, but this is the first one I'm actually watching, and I must say I am impressed with the quality and level of detail in this kit.
The Law of "Taking the F**"ing" piss!
Great job 👏
