It is typically served to elders on their birthday as a cake or gift that symbolises long life and wishes of good health. In this recipe, I also will share a few tips to make this beautiful red bean paste. The method is not only faster but also produces a fragrant and flavourful filling. 因为柑橘包的食材跟寿桃包是一样的,所以Fee也顺道教大家如何制作寿桃包。一个视频学两种包子,上课咯! 分量:5-6人份 准备时间:45分钟 煮时:12分钟 材料: 300克 包粉 160毫升 牛奶 3克 酵母 25克 糖 13克 食油 适量 莲蓉*(内馅) 做法: 1. 全部材料搅打成光滑面团 2. 把面团揉成长条状,分割成每粒55克的小面团 3. 把小面团搓圆,压扁再杆开 4. 包入内馅揉成柑橘和寿桃形*,待发25-30分钟 5. 水煮滚后开始蒸制12分钟 6. 蒸好后趁热享用,口感最佳 *小提示: 1. 现成莲蓉在烘培店都找得到 2. 柑橘包揉成形时,在表层涂上橙色素 3. 寿桃包蒸好后用汤匙压出线条后上色 Learn how to make two types of gorgeous looking bun in one video Portion: 5-6 pax Prep Time: 45 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes Ingredients: 300g pau flour 160ml milk 3g instant dry yeast 25g sugar 13g oil Reasonable portion of sweet bean paste* (filling) Steps: 1.
