Knipex Alligator VS Knipex Cobra? What are the differences and benefits of each? As far a I can tell, the Alligator should be your choice if working in a swamp. And the Cobra if you need precision strikes on nuts, bolts and pipes. So basically there is less to go wrong and break on the Alligator. But the Cobra is more of a refined and precision pliers.
