This relaxing Lake scene and it's gently lapping waves ambience is a perfect accompanying sound for meditation, for study or for more relaxed sleeping. I filmed this lake scene for my nature scapes series of relaxing videos on loch Gill, county Sligo. The ambient sound of birds singing in the background is a wonderful accompaniment to the soothing sound of the gently lapping waves. Take time from you busy schedule to relax with these lake waves and birdsong, it will do you good. Nature sounds, with the soothing sound of a waterfall, forest sounds or birdsong are relaxing to our minds and help us to sleep, study, relaxation or for meditation. By monitoring ten interesting bird-watching locations, we document not only the silver herons in the Westerwald, but also the last great bustards in Havelland. We have resting migratory birds, ducks and waders on the west banks of the Steinhuder Lake. On the border to the Netherlands, in the moorlands near Münster, we find the only wild flamingos in Germany. Equally interesting are the fire geese, avocets and many birds of the coastal region not far from Hamburg harbor. At Federsee Lake in Upper Swabia, we observe the inhabitants of the extensive reed zones: bearded tits. Then we have the birds of fortune, the cranes, which interrupt their long journeys by resting on the Baltic coast. Last, but not least, in the Feldberg lake region we accompany the ranger on an exciting sea eagle excursion. I love this place, we come here a couple time a week to hike, fish, canoe, cookout or camp. We love The Gray Timber Trails Refuge. Years ago It used to be a wildlife sanctuary that helped animals get back into the wild and they also allowed visitors to come in and see the animals. Eventually they stopped taking in animals but the people kept coming to hike and walk the trails and it went from the Banff Wildlife Sanctuary to the The Gray Timber Trails Refuge. And it's gorgeous here. They turned many of the very large habitats into very interesting camping areas or hiking trails. I'll post other videos of some beautiful areas, there's so many. Let me know if you'd like to see some night videos. It's beautiful here at night. This beautiful view of Lake Timber and the distant snow capped mountains is one of my very favorite areas of a trail in the refuge called 'Peekaboo Path'. It's called peekaboo path because it goes around Lake Timber and every so often the tress open up and you get a beautiful view of the lake and the snowcapped mountains. The natural lake sounds with loons and birds chirping is also great for sleeping, studying, meditating, working and blocking out unwanted noises. We camp here alot and the camp lake ambience with the birds chirping is so relaxing. The fresh air and natural sounds of the lake and forest can help relax the body, mind and soul. It's also perfect at helping with stress and anxiety relief. I've found that sounds of the lake and birds singing helps calm and relax me while I'm working, cooking, studying, relaxing, reading a book, writing a book, meditating and sleeping. And I've done all of that and more while at GTT Refuge. Did I say I love this place? Waking up to birds singing in the morning is almost as delicious as breakfast over an open fire. Never had breakfast on an open fire? Oh you don't know what you're missing. Kiryavalahti Bay is one of the most beautiful places in Karelia. A unique northern corner of nature, created by ancient volcanoes, as well as, in principle, almost all the lakes of this region. Hence the reason why Karelia is called the "Land of Lakes". According to geologists, between Lake Ristijärvi and Kirjavalahti Bay, 2 billion years ago, there was a center of a volcano. The height of the mountain was 6560 feet. From the mouth of the volcano for 5 million years, lava poured out, and clouds of ash were thrown out. The width of the crater was 43.5 miles! When we discussed this nature soundscape video with Ramil Yusupov and Alexey Romanov, author, and editor, they shared an interesting observation with us. Almost all the names of lakes, bays, cities, or settlements are in Finnish or its derivative. Nature and history, as it were, make us understand that all these - fjords, glacial lakes, granite rocks - originate in one. Nature does not tolerate separation and boundaries. She is united and beautiful in her independence and strength, which she is happy to share with us, people, even through a 4K ultra HD screen. There is a small wooden platform next to the fisherman's house that looks like a place for a terrace. Nearby is a bridge to the neighboring shore. We decided to create a small cozy corner here.
