In this video I talk about the difference between a coins obverse and its reverse. These terms and typically synonymous with Heads and Tails. The "Heads" side of a coin is its obverse. The "Tails" side of a coin is its reverse. Coins do not have a front and a back but rather an obverse and a reverse. If you are really into coin collecting or numismatics then you should know these terms. In the video I show a bunch of different coins and tell you which side is their obverse and which side is their reverse. I also explain how to tell the difference in a coins obverse and its reverse. If a coin has a large head on it then that side it typically its obverse. If a coin has a side that changes every year then that side id typically its reverse. Some coins are very hard to tell the difference and I go over how to tell the difference in those coins obverse and revers at the end of the video. I hope I was able to help you learn the difference between a coins obverse and its reverse in this video! Obverse and its opposite, reverse, refer to the two flat faces of coins and some other two-sided objects, including paper money, flags, seals, medals, drawings, old master prints and other works of art, and printed fabrics. In this usage, obverse means the front face of the object and reverse means the back face. The obverse of a coin is commonly called heads, because it often depicts the head of a prominent person, and the reverse tails.
Video shows what obverse means. Turned or facing toward the observer.. Corresponding; complementary.. Having the base, or end next to the attachment, narrower than the top.. Obverse Meaning. How to pronounce, definition audio dictionary. How to say obverse. Powered by MaryTTS, Wiktionary

In this video, I explain how Obverse and Reverse techniques are defined in Taekwon-Do. Many Taekwon-Do students make the mistake in thinking that an obverse technique is done on the same side as your front leg and a reverse technique is done on the opposite side to you front leg. Watch this video to understand why this is not always the case. Want to see more videos on Taekwon-Do theory? Subscribe to my channel: 🤍 Website: 🤍 _ Disclaimer : I recognise Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi as the true authority on Taekwon-Do. The information in my tutorial is based on my interpretation of Taekwon-Do as taught to me by the Founder General Choi Hong Hi and as referred to in his book ‘TAEKWON-DO’ (5th Edition 1999) Published by ITF and printed in Canada. Other Taekwon-Do Masters and Grand Masters may have a different interpretation of Taekwon-Do theory and practice, so if you are a Taekwon-Do student, it is important to check with your instructor if you are not sure about which interpretation you should be following.
OBVERSE meaning in English | Whats the Meaning of OBVERSE Definition, Synonyms and use [ Recommended : 🤍 ] OBVERSE meaning in English | Whats the Meaning of OBVERSE Definition, Synonyms and use Translation: Translation is the translation of a source-language text into a target-language text that conveys the same meaning. Parts of Speech: Nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and prepositions, conjunctions and interjections make up the eight parts of speech in the English language. The word's part of speech reveals its meaning and grammatical function in the context of the sentence. When employed in various contexts, a single word may operate as more than one element of speech. In order to correctly define a word in a dictionary, you must know the components of speech. Noun: When we use the word "noun," we're referring to a person or a location or an object or an idea or a quality. Pronoun: The pronouns I, you, he, she, it, we, they, I, myself, this, that, who, which, and everyone serve as noun substitutes and nouns. Verb: The verb in a phrase conveys a sense of activity or existence. A primary verb is used, and one or more supporting verbs may also be used. "She's a talented singer." There are two verbs here: sing and can.) Number agreement between verb and subject is required in every sentence (both are singular or both are plural). Tense may also be expressed via the use of distinct verb forms. Adjective: A noun or a pronoun is modified or described by an adjective. It generally responds to the query of which one, what sort, or how many there are. (Usually, articles [a, an, the] are categorised as adjectives.) Adverb: Adverbs describe or modify verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs, but never nouns. It generally responds when, where, how, why, under what circumstances, and to what extent. Adverbs often end in -ly. Preposition: A preposition is a word that comes before a noun or pronoun in order to build a phrase that modifies another word or phrase. As a result, a preposition is always included in a prepositional sentence. Almost usually, the prepositional phrase serves as an adjective or an adverb. Conjunction: A conjunction connects two words, phrases, or sentences and expresses the link between them. Coordinating conjunctions join grammatically equivalent elements: and, but, or, not, for, so, and yet. Because, although, while, since, and other subordinating conjunctions link sentences that are not equal: because, although, while, since, and so on. Other sorts of conjunctions exist as well. Interjection: Interjections are words that are used to communicate emotion. It is often followed by an exclamation mark. The meaning and the translation is taken from the Google Translate which internally uses Oxford Dictionary. Obverse & Reverse lyric video New EP "Metamorphosis" now out ! 🤍 🤍 Recorded in BOMBJACK 🤍
Download the EP here: Obverse.Bandcamp.com Please like us on Facebook!: Facebook.com/ObverseBand Lyrics: Send me back to before my animal birth into this decaying system of flesh. It maintains an isolated pulse, temple of cognitive turbulence. Condense, descend. Reverse ascension to a dense system which leeches from chemical bonds. The cleansing is incomplete. A dark strain festers evoked by changing surroundings. It was always there. Irreversible transformation has begun. In limbo between obverse states of density. Calling into ruined stations of old. Wait in dead air to hear an echo of the ancient machine, forsaken. An oscillator set into rotation. Providing momentum against gravity towards elevation. I rose until I saw the ancient face and gave into fear. Send me back! Dripping in a virus I cannot see. Drowning in the tangible. I refused a skyward transition, accepting only dense vibrations, matter-bound. Consciousness disconnected from the still-breathing vessel. Falsely ambulant, never vacant, teeming with movement under skin translucent. Human animal: annex of darkness. Every sense infested with absence. Spirit evicted, threshold retracted, sealed by mortality redacted. It was always there.

Guided by the wisdom of Jackson Sonnanfeld-Arden, discoverer of the Nine Pure Tones, I created 1979 as a concept album through which I could share his brilliant theory, and my life-long infatuation with memory. Before music was such an easily traded commodity, it was often an experience to which people gave their full attention. Let's bring that experience back. Let's respect what music is worth. Look for doubling in the last three digits of the date. You will notice that the duplicate digits are a little to the right and lower than the more pronounced date of 1916. This die variety is the most sought-after of all the Buffalo nickel varieties. It is very valuable in circulated grades and very rare in uncirculated grades. Additionally, this rare coin can sell for thousands of dollars even in a well-worn condition such as G-4. How do you call the front side and the back side of a papyrus? And how do you call it of a gem? In this short video I explain and illustrate these four terms which are commonly used in the archaeology of ancient magic and ritual practice. For those who want to go much deeper into the matter, there is an entire book about the terms rechto and verso: E. G. Turner, The terms recto and verso. The anatomy of the papyrus roll, Bruxelles 1978. You can read it here: 🤍 Join my community and consider supporting my work on patreon: 🤍 :-)
