Honestly. Most MMORPGS today suck. And the games I hear about mostly suck. I want to see Star Wars Galaxies combined with Star Wars The Old Republic. I don't mean like mixing old vs new in the sense that ToR is before the movies and Galaxies being during + after the movies.... I mean mixing their styles. Galaxies is an open world sandbox. Amazing crafting system. But lacked story lines and overall story style gameplay. The Old Republic is more like a roller coaster, its not really open world, its structured, and quest lines have a ton of story. MIX THOSE TWO ASPECTS and you have a winning game. Hell, forget star wars, just a new sci-fi mmorpg, fps based instead of "stand and press buttons" with a huge open world and just. fuck. we could have better games but game developers think they "know everything" when really they just keep making the same trash games over and over and over. they aren't fun anymore. you can't have just crazy amounts of story without fun gameplay. and you can't have fun gameplay without story. but for some reason they keep focusing on one or the other. or neither, and then focusing on how to make the game "prettier". modern gaming blows. games used to have better gameplay and story because graphics wasn't the key focus because the engine/computer wasn't capable of insane graphics.

Soulworker feels like the community is not very welcoming, i am 72 atm still in 65 catch up gear ,chat is not very affective looking for a league or chat to find a good one .

Feels like we’re still at least 1-2 year away to some interesting titles. 2021 was pretty terrible in terms of MMOs and F2P titles.

Project TL will have next Year with Lost Ark comming FINALLY to EU and NA a heavy fight to fight. I hope they can distinct enough from lost ark, else I dont see a prosper future for TL...

funnily enough aura kingdom's active player base is so generous with how much they're willing to spend on new eidolons and items it doesn't surprise me they're rolling out another update. i can confirm having over 7k hours in AK that as long as there is money to be made they will continue to add things to the game haha
