What Games workshop should have done if they were serious about making AoS a MMO is to have gone to dreamhaven and spoken to them. A lot of the developers there worked on WoW for a lot of years and the guy who owns it used to own Warcraft. Instead they go to this bad company that wants to just push it out on every platform for a quick $. If they made and marketed this right it could pull in new players to the tabletop, I guess they just do not want to see that far ahead.

The warhammer world has sooooo much potential to be a truly massive mmo with content for years! Just needs the right investment and team developing it! Needs everything! Factions! Races! Armour set weapons! Mounts! Guilds! Dungeons amd raids! Social hub! I can't believe that nobody has taken on this challenge! And those that have have failed miserably

It's Nexon. So it's doomed to just be another cash shop pump and poorly maintained and managed. They'll pump it for a year or two and then let drift away in to "maintenance mode". Just like they have with all their other games. Better to just avoid Nexon games all together.

Nexon KR is doing decent with Blue Archive so far. From what I read it's Nexon Global you have to watch out for.
