If you change the name to Clown Survivors would make no difference...
I can't wait till I get this on the phone. I'd love to play this out and about or hell the switch too
"reverse bullet-hell" ? Isn't that just an oldschool shoot-em-up? Soldier One someone? Plants vs zombies? Nope, plants and zombies, working togeather! Muhahahahahaha!
Subscribing because that was an absolute blast to watch.
Been a while since I played a game for 4-5 hours on accident. A very nice surprise saw this popping of on streams and said "its 3$ what the hell".
I just hope the animations on the enemies stay basic. I can't stand the modern graphical diharea that's become industry standard when there is so much movement on the screen; I'm perfectly happy with moving jpg's. Like, human vision is glyph-like; when there is too much going on your brain takes longer to figure out what it's looking at. It's why you can read some fonts faster and better than more stylistic fonts.
Robotron on the Apple II, brings back memories XD
It does have a full screen. just alt+enter :)
I'm so glad this game absolutely blew up in popularity, streamers gave this game great exposure and it is a really addictive, fun game that is frequently getting new content
This game, like Peggle, is the video game equivalent of cocaine. I love it.
Stunningly fun game for two bucks
Splat you very good at forming speech and catching interest :)
I love this game and am glad it's gotten attention since! It's a bit sad people still see pixel art and consider it low quality art, when this game has some nostalgic and incredibly well done pixel art, compared to most pixel art games being frankly terrible.
Watched the vid back when it came out but never commented. Just came back to say, this game is suddenly BOOMING in popularity right now (end Feb early March 2022), and I honestly think you're coverage on this game via this video helped pushed it to the right people, just like when people discovered Amogus. Seriously I've never seen anyone play it before you, and then suddenly even vtubers are playing it, in droves btw.
Anyways just wanted to say thanks personally because I was also one of those people who got into this game because of you. Keep up the good work my guy
Hey man, new sub, dig the channel. You seem to have similar tastes to my own, so I figured I'd drop a comment and see if you would care to share some recommendations, since you have SO MANY videos I'm getting a little overwhelmed trying to sort through them all to see what might pique my interest. I've already tried a handful of demos based solely on your channel - Hero's Hour, Fata Deus and Ruinarch are ones that I've really liked from your channel. Iron Oath and Tavern of Gods are a couple I tried that did NOT click for me. And the games I'm most into at the moment from before I found your channel are Hades (obvs), Vampire Survivors, Dorfromantik, Potion Craft and Noita. I hope that's enough info for you to recommend 2 or 3 videos of yours that I should check out. If not, no biggie. Thanks either way!
Nice to see JavaScript getting some love
Rip off from Magic Survival. Almost the same copy just different sprites. I hate those kinds of devs - copycats. Not even mentioning what game it was inspired with.
I've been loving this game, but honestly you see it for 3$ on steam and think, MUST be a piece of trash. It's fortunate we can watch reviews like this now.
This game was surprisingly fun to play
