Rien de plus simple et savoureux qu'un crumble aux pommes. Et quand c'est Chef Damien qui vous explique la recette, c'est un jeu d'enfants :) La recette pour 4 personnes : Pour les pommes : 20 g de beurre 20 g de sucre 6 pommes (reinette) Pour la pâte à crumble 85 g de beurre pommade 100 g de sucre de canne roux ou cassonade 100 g de farine 100 g de poudre d'amandes Cannelle Préparation : Epluchez les pommes et coupez-les en gros morceaux. Dans une poêle chaude, ajoutez le beurre et le sucre. Ajoutez les morceaux de pomme et laissez cuire 10 minutes à feu moyen. Réservez. Mélangez dans un bol la farine, la poudre d’amandes, le sucre et une pincée de cannelle en poudre. Ajoutez le beurre pommade et incorporez-le du bout des doigts pour obtenir un mélange sableux et grumeleux. Dans un plat allant au four, déposez les pommes compotées et caramélisées. Répartissez la pâte à crumble par-dessus en émiettant grossièrement la pâte sur les fruits. Enfournez dans un four chaud à 180°C (th. 6) pendant une vingtaine de minutes. Dégustez tiède.
